Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing area of your customer portal, or by emailing info@avadakit.com from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your license remains fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the end-of-subscription behaviour described in our Terms of Service applies: your existing pages keep working, and updates, support, and builder editing of Element Kit elements stop.

If Element Kit does not work as advertised on your site and we cannot fix it, we will refund your first purchase in full when you request it within 14 days of the purchase date. Write to info@avadakit.com from your account email with a short description of the problem; giving us a chance to help first is appreciated but not a condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewal charges are notified in advance. If a renewal goes through that you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and, provided the renewed period has not been materially used, we will refund it and cancel the subscription.

Periods already used beyond the windows above, and custom development or services work delivered separately from plugin subscriptions. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to suspension of the associated account while the dispute is open; we would much rather resolve it directly.
